Description
Our racks of Sennheiser EW-D and DX Radio Mics are designed specifically for theatre productions, pantomimes and music shows, revues etc. We stock various sized racks of EM 2 and EM 4 receivers with and without Dante.
Sennheiser EW-DX series boast full remote management using the Sennheiser Smart Assist iOS and Android app or advanced management and frequency coordination using the Wireless System Manager app on Windows or Mac OS. Remote monitoring is also available for A2’s using Mixing Station or Wavetool. All of our receivers are EW-DX versions.
Our 20 and 24 way racks are Dante equipped receivers to allow for quick and easy connection to consoles using purely digital audio with no need for analog inputs or stage boxes – saving the cost of purchase or hire of stage boxes and racks and improving audio quality by keeping the signal digital from beltpack through to console.
All racks are supplied with everything needed to make the system work including:
- Rack mounted receivers
- Two omni directional or directional antenna paddles with RF amplifiers
- Full antenna distribution and 5m BNC cables
- Network switch for management (and Dante, if equipped)
- XLR loom for analog outputs
- Bodypack Transmitters (most of our bodypacks are the EW-D SK without the e-Ink Displays)
- Choice of Lavalier, Single Ear and Double Ear headset mics
- Bodypack Pouches for protection
- Spare bodypack transmitter (1 per hire)
- Spare mics (25% of the hire qty, eg 5 spare mics supplied with a 20 way rack)
All equipment is band S1-7 (Channel 38) and supplied with a Shared UK Channel 38 licence. Systems of more than 12 channels will require additional licences which is the responsibility of the hirer to arrange with Ofcom.
Collection from Smarden, Kent or delivery is available at £1 per mile within the South East.
We recommend contacting us to confirm availability before checking out. We reserve the right to refund orders if the equipment is not available for the dates required if you haven’t checked before checking out.
